601 East Rollins Street Orlando, FL 32803 The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Orlando Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,368-bed AdventHealth Orlando Serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America AdventHealth Orlando houses one of the largest Emergency Departments and largest cardiac catheterization labs in the country We are already one of the busiest hospitals in the nation, providing service excellence to more than 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients each year The role you’ll contribute: The Executive Director of Regional Marketing provides strategic direction, planning and execution for the Central Florida Division – the flagship healthcare system, comprised of multiple hospitals and freestanding facilities across eight counties and accounting for over 60% of AdventHealth’s national revenue. The ideal candidate is a strategic and experienced marketing who is able to build strong relationships with consistent and trusted results; works cohesively with Chief Marketing and Chief Strategy leaders, along with Market CEOs and Operational and Physician leaders to develop and assure timely execution of strategic, integrated marketing plans, utilizing market research, competitive analysis, and consumer data to differentiate AdventHealth and ensure the growth of volume, market share, share of spend and overall brand awareness. The value you’ll bring to the team: Oversees, directs and leads the development and implementation of strategic consumer marketing planning and execution; provides executive oversight and direction for a comprehensive marketing approach including traditional advertising, digital and social marketing efforts, reputation management and community experiential and immersive events/screenings and sponsorships/affiliations that support lead generation and consumer engagement to ensure operational business goals are met, providing market and volume data, with timely and positive return on investment. Serves as marketing executive for senior operational and physician leaders with CFD Region, providing strategic counsel and market opportunities. Works closely with network development, planning, physician relations, government relations/advocacy, community benefits, foundation, communications, digital, creative and brand leadership to meet mutually beneficial goals and objectives. Analyzes market research and consumer data, monitors volumes, identifies areas of opportunities or downtrends; Maintains a pulse on emerging marketing trends, competitive footprint/ movements and overall landscape, and brings leading consumer-centric strategies to the team, to impact overall volume-driving efforts across all service lines and markets in Central Florida. Acts as the advocate for the consumer to influence change when and where needed to meet the vision of the company. Oversees Marketing Director(s) and/or Senior Manager(s) and their teams, providing clear direction to drive the execution of marketing strategies and ensure overall business objectives are met. Successfully recruits, grows and retains leadership talent for the organization. Provides coaching and mentoring to develop a high-performing, engaged team. Regularly monitor team’s performance and outcomes, developing methods for continued improvement; creating action plans and set goals and stretch goals, as needed. Build and maintain an engaged team with focus on teamwork and producing a high-quality product. Oversees divisional budget and effectively manages a multi-million-dollar budget, ensuring timely reporting, ROI and fiscal responsibility. Negotiates strategic community sponsorships; identifies, develops and maintains strong community relationships, engaging key community leaders, and establishing strategic initiatives with influencers to further enhance the brand and drive volume and engagement as well as establishing key consumer-centric strategies to meet the needs of the community to increase exposure, drive volume and add consumer value and brand recognition in the market. Serves as lead brand ambassador, ensuring that execution of brand strategy is consistently maintained across all areas of responsibility to establish/improve overall brand awareness and perception in the market.; Adheres to policies and procedures to protect patient information and identity; Obtain proper consent for all marketing, photography and videography; Maintain non-monetary compliance law regarding physicians Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Strong leadership skills with the agility to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization, displays emotional intelligence and the ability to effectively interface with a wide range of people from hospital CEO and senior executive management to physicians and front line clinical and non-clinical personnel. Transformational leader and change agent capable of setting bold strategic vision/direction and then enabling and implementing change. Strategic, critical thinker with strong leadership and talent development skills. Excellent organization, communication, and process management skills. Ability to problem solve, identify root causes of obstacles and address fundamental issues and concerns. Exceptional collaborator, influencer and relationship builder- drives change through ideas, relationships and actions, systemic and operational issues to accelerate results. Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all levels of staff, proven relationship-building skills among executives, staff, physicians, and community partners. Expert-level knowledge of integrated marketing, business planning, creative concepting and execution, digital and social media, event planning, research analysis, and physician relations. Financial management and budgeting expertise. Ability to manage, coach and develop dynamic team members driving for results including meeting and exceeding marketing volume budgets. Understanding of branding, content strategy development and project management best practices. Effective computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related field Minimum Twelve (12) years of leadership experience w/proven results with minimum of Six (6) years of team management, including successful management of senior manager or above with proven team engagement.
