The RoleLead the development and execution ofintegrated marketing plans supporting both the USTA Foundation andthe Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team initiatives. This rolewill provide strategic marketing direction informed by audienceinsights, champion inclusive marketing strategies, and ensureconsistent, impactful brand messaging with measurable results. TheSenior Manager will play a critical role in fostering awareness,engagement, and impact by driving go-to-market plans aligned withUSTA’s mission and brand goals. This position requires a dynamicblend of strategic planning, creativity, and project management tosupport and amplify key initiatives effectively. Develop tailored marketing plans forthe USTA Foundation and DEI team initiatives, ensuring alignmentwith each group’s unique goals and the overall USTA brand. Use consumer insights and data analysis to guide creativedevelopment, inform messaging, and identify growth opportunitiesacross multiple audience segments. Create comprehensive marketing briefs that outline campaignobjectives, target audiences, key messages, and deliverables toguide creative and activation teams. Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and externalpartners to create and implement integrated marketing plans. Oversee the creation of marketing assets across variouschannels, including digital, social, email, web, app, and print,ensuring alignment with USTA’s brand and mission. Champion inclusive marketing strategies to effectively engageand grow awareness among diverse and local audiences. Leverage audience insights and data to design impactfulcustomer journeys and manage lifecycles, enhancing engagement andretention. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated tomaximize impact. Build and manage emails using a self-service model,demonstrating a strong understanding of CRM and audience managementstrategies. Lead event marketing support, including planning, logisticscoordination, and on-site execution. Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, optimize based onperformance data, and make strategic recommendations to improveimpact and achieve group objectives. Uphold and enforce USTA brand guidelines across all marketingmaterials, ensuring a cohesive and professional brand image alignedwith each group’ objectives. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or relatedfield Five to seven years of experience in brand marketing, marketingstrategy, or digital marketing Nonprofit or foundation experience preferred Experience in sports and entertainment a plus Knowledge of multicultural marketing, grant marketing, orDEI-focused initiatives is a plus. The expected range for the annual basesalary for this position $80,000 – 95,000. Any additional pay orbenefits a person may qualify for, are not included in this range.
The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables,including, as appropriate, the applicant’s qualifications for theposition, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills,and the location from which they will be performing the job.
