  • Join our Bid Strategy team in a Team Lead role driving thesuccess of our Gas Services sales efforts, primarily focusing on the GasServices’ NA & LA Sales Central service business, with potential foradditional responsibilities in other regions as needed.

In this dynamic andfast-paced position, you will lead and manage the US based team providingcoaching, mentorship, and performance feedback. Additionally, you will leverageinnovative marketing strategies and competitor intelligence to enhance ourbids, directly impacting our sales targets. Your role will involve leadership,critical analytical work, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration,and employing your creativity to significantly contribute to both our immediatebid success and to our long-term sales strategy. Additionally, you will havethe opportunity to work on special projects and initiatives, further broadeningyour impact within your assigned regions and on a global scale!

  • How You’ll Make an Impact
  • + Leadand manage the US based team providing coaching, mentorship, andperformance feedback.

+ SupportLoA process by managing and analyzing historical pricing data, enablingstrategic price adjustments to optimize sales team confidence in pricingdecisions. + Facilitateuniformity and strategic insight across NA & LA sub-regions withconsistent LoA support and comprehensive analysis of market level pricing,competitor moves, and market headwinds/tailwinds. + Conductperiodical intelligence debriefs attended by Region NA & LA salesteams (and others globally) to discuss sales’ lessons learned, markettrends, OEM competitor moves, and competitive intelligence enhancingunderstanding of the market landscape. + Develop,maintain and communicate Market Level Pricing and Target Pricing for avariety of service solutions, including price build-up with projectspecific scope and market comparisons. + Drivealignment across regions, countries and New Unit ensuring we are usingbest practices across SE GS C service business. + ConductWin-Loss analyses of relevant bids to capture lessons learned thru thesales process and create Fighting Guides for specific products.

  • What You Bring
  • + Bachelor’sdegree in engineering, business, or related field.

+ 8+years of related experience in a sales and marketing role; experience inLTP and/or Open Market business. Solid technical understanding of GT andCCPP. Experience in

GS NA SC

(or LA) in a sales/marketing function is aplus. + Provennegotiations experience and techniques: Assertive, collaborative,creative, organized, with a can-do approach. + Proficiencyin SalesForce and Microsoft office. Proficiency in Tableau (or Power BI),Fleet Intelligence, SAP, GEC, GPC, IIR preferred. Skills in business modeldevelopment is a plus! + Openand direct communication in English is required, fluency in German and/orSpanish is a plus. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in theUnited States without need for current or future employer-sponsored workauthorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may beeligible for internal transfers.
