The primary function of this position is to drive qualified tours to Orange Lake Resorts from local hotel locations. This is accomplished by leading a team of Off-Property Contacts (“OPCs”) in the process of soliciting timeshare sales prospects within the local off-property market, booking mini vacations for guests to return to the Orlando area to tour, and selling theme park, attraction and other local activity tickets. The Manager is responsible for partnering with our OPC locations’ management team. This position also assists with the hiring, coaching, development, and training of the OPCs within the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

Coaches all new and existing OPCs to meet and/or exceed minimum performance standards. Provides leadership to all OPCs in the field and ensures all locations are set up appropriately and meet departmental standards. Conducts daily/weekly team meetings to review performance, communication of Company and departmental news, announce contests, etc. Completes and administers all team performance appraisals and 90-Day reviews. QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years management experience preferred. Extensive experience with Point of Sale technology and Microsoft Office preferred. Previous timeshare marketing or sales experience preferred. College degree preferred. Proven leadership, supervisory and coaching skills. Maintains constant accountability of assigned team members.
