We’re looking for a passionate, organised, and driven Brand & Operations Manager to oversee our U.S. stores and help us grow the brand.

Responsibilities:

Store Operations Oversee day-to-day operations of 4 retail stores (Palm Beach, Naples, Southampton, East Hampton) Ensure visual merchandising and in-store experience align with brand standards Manage inventory flow, logistics, and vendor relations Implement efficient processes to improve sales and operations Proven experience in retail management and team leadership Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction Proficient in inventory management and control, including purchasing and stocking Experience with POS systems Shopify and cash register operations Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to negotiate and manage payroll and bookkeeping tasks Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Brand Management Maintain a consistent brand image across all locations Support seasonal launches, events, and in-store experiences Collaborate with marketing and design teams on campaigns and promotions Financial Oversight Manage store budgets and monitor costs Analyze sales reports and KPIs across all stores Work with finance team to drive profitability and reduce operational expenses Team Leadership Hire, train, and supervise boutique managers and retail staff Provide coaching, support, and motivation to achieve sales goals Foster a culture of luxury service and teamwork

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in multi-store retail management (luxury or fashion preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Financial and budgeting experience Must be willing and able to travel frequently between store locations Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or related field (preferred) Fluent in English; French is a plus
