Digital Marketing Manager Beachside and Company Holding Group, LLC West Palm Beach, FL 33401 • Hybrid work Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts at Beachside & Company. This is a fast-growing company with over 16 golf cart dealerships stretching coast to coast , making us the largest golf cart dealer group in the nation . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services both online and in-store. This is a key role for someone with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, combining expertise in e-commerce, SEO, paid media, and customer acquisition. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with our operations, sales, and creative teams to drive customer engagement, increase visibility, and maximize ROI. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive online traffic and improve conversion rates . Lead our SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive long-term traffic growth. Perform market and competitor research to inform campaign strategy, product positioning, and new opportunities. Identify and secure local and regional events, expos, and sponsorships for our retail stores to boost community presence. Build and manage backend landing pages and other marketing-focused content areas on our website to support campaigns and promotions. Use marketing automation tools to manage lead nurturing workflows and customer retention strategies. Create, test, and optimize conversion rate strategies , including A/B testing and user experience enhancements. Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Facebook Insights, and Looker Studio to guide future campaigns. Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad creatives, videos, and social content , utilizing Adobe Creative Suite . Monitor and assess digital marketing trends, emerging tools, and algorithm changes to ensure we stay ahead of the curve. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or multi-location retail environments. Proven track record of managing high-budget Google and Facebook ad campaigns with measurable ROI. Proficiency in SEO best practices , keyword research, and on-page/off-page strategies. Comfortable with basic CSS for minor website styling and edits. Strong familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Active Campaign). Advanced skills in analytics platforms , such as Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for marketing asset creation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment where self-direction and initiative are key.
