Bank Secrecy Act Analytics Full Job Description General Job Description:

Optimizing the member journey and maximizing revenue generation. Responsible for understanding the complete lifecycle of our members, identifying key revenue-generating channels and data sources, and developing targeted strategies to enhance engagement, adoption, and ultimately, revenue growth. Requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of member behavior, and a proven ability to translate insights into actionable revenue plans.

Major Duties & Responsibilities :
Member Journey Management:

Develop, document, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end member journey. Identify key touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for engagement and revenue generation within the member lifecycle. Continuously evaluate and refine the member journey to ensure Service Excellence.

Revenue Channel & Data Inventory:

Create and maintain a detailed inventory of all revenue-generating member channels. Establish and manage a comprehensive inventory of all members behavioral data sources (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms, engagement metrics, feedback channels). Ensure data accuracy and accessibility for analysis and reporting.

Revenue Plan Development & Implementation:

Analyze member data and channel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth. Develop and implement a data-driven revenue plan that aligns with organizational goals. Forecast revenue and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to member revenue and engagement. Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and other stakeholders to execute revenue-generating initiatives.

Engagement & Product Adoption:

Develop and implement strategies to improve member engagement and drive the adoption of products and services within all revenue-generating member channels by collaborating with stakeholders. Create targeted campaigns and initiatives based on member segmentation and behavioral insights that drive member loyalty. Monitor and report on member engagement metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage staff, including coaching and development. Understand and describe the purpose of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti Money Laundering, and Office of Foreign Asset Control policy (OFAC). Identify the BSA Administrator and responsibilities. Complete annual BSA training. Know where to find the BSA policies, procedures, and forms. Responsible for processing member information and transactions consistent with BSA policy and procedures. Understand the regulatory requirements and the internal BSA/AML policies, procedures, and processes. Understand and describe; Suspicious Activity Report (SAR), Currency Transaction Report (CTR), Customer Due Diligence policy (CDD), and Office of Foreign Asset Control policy (OFAC). Complete and file appropriate forms in a timely manner; Suspicious Activity Report, Currency Transaction Report, Document CRM consistently as directed by operational procedures. Competencies, knowledge, skill, and ability required: Thorough understanding member needs, motivations, and frustrations. Ability to identify and effectively address pain points within the journey. Ability to accurately map and document complex journeys. Proficiency in creating visual representations and documenting the member experience (e.g., using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio). Proficiency in Member Experience and member lifecycle management. Proficiency in how different touchpoints can contribute to revenue. Ability to dissect complex systems (revenue channels, data sources) into understandable components. Proficient in the nature of different data sources (CRM, MCIF, analytics platforms, etc.). In-depth knowledge of the organization’s products and services. Ability to develop long-term plans aligned with organizational goals. Understanding revenue forecasting, KPIs, and financial performance. Working knowledge of laws and regulations affecting CU products and services. Thorough knowledge of organization’s policies/procedures and service philosophy. Thorough knowledge of BSA Policy and Procedures. Ability to understand complex written and oral instructions, functions and procedures. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

What activities are involved: Member journey is revised in accordance with new or revised channels Articulating journey insights and recommendations to various stakeholders. Data sources are utilized to optimize member journey Engage with cross-functional teams to map and improve journeys. Planning, executing, and measuring targeted engagement campaigns. Designing and running A/B testing to optimize engagement strategies. Professional, prompt and efficient demeanor with all members, employees, and vendors in person and by phone. Keep member and Credit Union information confidential. Perform other duties as may be assigned by Management.

What are the achievements : Increased member engagement and product adoption across various channels. Actionable campaigns are derived from member data and channel performance. Improved Member Lifetime Value. Member channels are optimized for revenue generation Revenue is aligned with organizations strategic goals All work performed conforms to Credit Union practical guidelines and standards. General Responsibilities (Other): Completes assignments and projects on time. Maintains a professional appearance and behavior in the workplace. Willingly supports other areas/departments. Provides courteous professional internal service to coworkers. Attendance and Punctuality are within Credit Union guidelines

Education and Experience:

Job requires a four-year college level of language, math and reasoning skills and three or more years of experience in digital marketing analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. Proficiency working with web analytics, CRM, MCIF and other database content required. Formal position training should be supplemented with continuing education. This is an exempt position.

Job requires extensive member contact on a continual basis.
