This role requires a strong understanding of various marketing channels, including digital, e-commerce, and performance marketing, to effectively engage our target audience and enhance brand visibility. Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, and advertising sales. Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance e-commerce performance and drive sales growth. Lead the development of compelling copywriting for promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Foster a high-performing marketing team through mentorship, training, and professional development. Experience Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong focus on analytics, budgeting, and performance marketing in Commercial Construction. Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce strategies and email marketing best practices. Proficient in using marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences. Experience in advertising sales is a plus.
