In this role, you will lead a high-performing marketing team, develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns, and analyze performance data to drive traffic and increase sales. You will also ensure brand consistency, manage marketing budgets, and organize grand openings and promotional events.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve business goals. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing communities. Analyze traffic and sales data to refine and optimize marketing efforts. Oversee community launches, including sales center openings and promotional materials. Manage and track marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend. Coordinate and execute digital, social media, and print advertising campaigns. Monitor, report, and adjust strategies based on key performance metrics. Travel to community sites approximately 20% of the time.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in homebuilding and master-planned communities. Proven track record of driving traffic, sales, and brand growth. Expertise in digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
