Position Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help grow the Seacoast Uniforms brand. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital and traditional marketing, brand development, and customer engagement.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, email campaigns, social media, paid ads, and website optimization. Collaborate with sales and product teams to create marketing materials that support customer acquisition and sales goals. Oversee content creation (blog posts, case studies, newsletters, etc.) aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. Manage relationships with marketing vendors and agencies as needed. Organize and support trade shows, industry events, and branded promotions. Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or product-focused industries. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.). Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills. Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on performance metrics. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
