Rack Electric is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department and support company growth across multiple service lines including generators, solar energy systems, and EV charging stations. This role will report directly to the Vice President and will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, managing a small team, and overseeing all marketing operations to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans to drive brand growth and lead generation. Oversee marketing staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery. Manage SEO, paid ads, email campaigns, and social media to optimize online visibility and ROI. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and create high-impact promotional content. Plan and manage company participation in trade shows, local events, and customer-facing initiatives. Analyze marketing data and present actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Must have experience in the Home Services Industry. Service Titan experience preferred. 4-6 years of experience in marketing , with at least 1-2 years in a management or leadership role. Proven success managing integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp or similar CRM/email systems. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. Experience in the electrical, construction, or renewable energy industries is preferred but not required. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to attend occasional evening/weekend events.

From $85,000.00 per year
