The Marketing Systems Manager will be a strategic liaisonbetween Marketing, Finance/Strategy, I&T Systems, CustomerSupport, and Plasma Applications and Operations teams, ensuringcommunication and execution of marketing initiatives and customercomplaint resolution. You will oversee donor support by advocatingfor donor needs, driving issue resolution, and empoweringcall-center staff with updates that directly impact donorsatisfaction. The manager will also design and optimize clearprocess flows, deliver impactful training, and analyze donorinteraction data to resolve pain points, elevating the donorexperience. The Marketing Systems Manager will maintain accuratecontact data, provide technical expertise for marketing tools (suchas Workday, CRM and DMS), automate process flows where applicable,and troubleshoot complex marketing system issues. You will alsospearhead training on marketing systems, create comprehensivedocumentation, and coordinate the Marketing and CommunicationsMastery Forum, ensuring continuous improvement across allplatforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Voice of the Customer (VoC)
- Serve asthe primary point of contact for donor-related communications,collaborating with marketing, communications, and other relevantteams to ensure consistent messaging. Donor Issue Resolution &Strategic Solutions
- Design and implement innovative strategies toboost donor satisfaction, drive retention, and enhance engagementbased on direct feedback. Listings and Center Data Accuracy
- Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify datainconsistencies, guaranteeing system integrity and accuracy. SystemSupport
- Identify, analyze, and report technical issues impactingcampaigns and donor/employee engagement, driving prompt resolution.
Training and Development
- Develop and maintain comprehensiveinstructional materials, SOPs, and toolkits for fleetwidedistribution, ensuring consistent excellence in all practicesAnalytics and Reporting
- Generate and deliver regular reports onkey metrics, including app utilization, local campaign performance,and lead generation to drive data-driven decision-making.
Cross-Functional Liaison Responsibilities (15% Special Projects)
- Manages the implementation of unique, non-routine marketinginitiatives and projects.
