Job Summary:
This role requires a proactive, client-oriented individual who can confidently manage fast-moving sales activities, organize brand-focused marketing efforts, and support the day-to-day operational needs of the boat / yacht brokers. This role will be working directly with brokers, helping to drive continued success of the most respected names in boating.
Essential Duties:
§ Serve as the exclusive executive and operational assistant to the boat / yacht brokers. § Manage CRM data, customer leads, follow-ups and communications to ensure professional and timely experience. § Coordinate appointment, sea trials, surveys and boat delivery logistics. § Prepare and organize key documents, including quotes, spec sheets and purchase agreements. § Support brand-specific marketing campaigns and assist with event planning, demos and boat shows. § Create and schedule social media content at the direction and approval of the brokers. § Assist with on-line listings and update inventory promotions. § Track marketing budgets and expenses while helping to keep campaigns on schedule and aligned with brand strategy. § Provide administrative support, including calendar management, internal communication and report preparation. § Serve as a liaison between internal departments, clients and brand representatives to maintain workflow and alignment. § Assist in maintaining and organizing brand-specific sales assets, marketing collateral and digital media libraries. § Monitor social media engagement and report on trends or feedback relevant to the assigned brand. § Collaborate with the dealership’s internal marketing team to ensure brand messaging and consistency across channels. § Support customer service functions such as warranty registration, post-sales communication and foll-up surveys. § Coordinate travel and logistics for out-of-town events or meetings related to the assigned brands. § Compile and maintain inventory tracking sheets for boats in stock, incoming orders and sold units. § Assist in compiling weekly/monthly reports summarizing sales activities, lead conversions and marketing performance. § Respond to inbound inquiries related to the assigned brands, routing leads appropriately and ensuring timely response. § Ensure that all work has been performed to Viking quality standards. § Perform other related duties as necessary and assigned Qualifications Associate of Science in Business or related degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience. Marine trade and boating knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office and other custom computer programs with excellent keyboarding skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts and interpret technical and financial instructions.
