Job Summary Responsible for executing competitive marketing efforts to gain new customers and maintain current subscriber base. Analyzes subscriber response to online and print marketing programs. Serves as Marketing & Network Expansion contact for employees and external partners. Deploys and measures effectiveness of direct mail marketing campaigns. Tracks market trends, competitor trends and analyzes results to draws conclusions about performance in order to recommend improvements to marketing strategies and tactics. Job Description Core Responsibilities Analyzes internal sales trends, customer insights, competitor trends to inform marketing tactics and strategic decisions Interfaces with appropriate internal groups (i.e., Construction, Finance, PMO, Sales, Operations, Government affairs and BI) to ensure proper analysis of tracking and reporting. Maintains a high level of technical expertise and sales proficiency to meet the reporting needs on sales and network expansion activity. Manages report generation, sales packet compilation and ad-hoc administrative support of client prospecting, renewals and development. Generates daily activity reports and reporting trends. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Present executive-level recommendations and reporting that influence strategic decisions for the Florida Region Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
