Our workers’ compensation firm is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media/Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our digital presence, engage our audience, and help us expand our referral network. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and a passion for creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience. Responsibilities Develop and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to increase engagement and brand awareness Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with the firm’s values and goals Monitor performance analytics and adjust strategies accordingly Identify and coordinate marketing opportunities, including setting up meetings with potential referral sources (medical professionals, unions, community orgs, etc.) Collaborate with the legal team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels Assist with email marketing, newsletters, and other outreach efforts as needed Skills Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or professional organization Strong communication and writing skills with attention to tone and branding Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying organized Experience with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is a plus We are a mission-driven law firm committed to protecting the rights of injured workers.
