This mid-level role blends strategic planning with active execution, requiring you to lead marketing initiatives, create impactful content, and optimize campaigns across digital, social, and traditional mediums. You’ll manage a small team while staying actively involved in content creation, social media management, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings current expertise in modern marketing tools and trends, and can drive measurable results in brand growth, lead generation, and sales support. Essential Functions Actively create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), social (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), and traditional (e.g., print, events) channels, ensuring measurable ROI. Personally develop and execute engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and websites, maintaining brand consistency and high engagement rates. Lead and contribute to the production of marketing materials, including videos, graphics, and presentations, using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Manage and grow social media presence by posting, engaging with audiences, and analyzing performance metrics in real-time. Oversee a small marketing team, guiding content creators, designers, and campaign specialists while remaining hands-on in campaign execution. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and apply insights to active campaigns. Monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns daily, adjusting targeting, budgets, and creative to maximize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals, ensuring seamless execution of integrated campaigns. Track and report on marketing KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, engagement metrics) to provide data-driven recommendations. Streamline marketing workflows and leverage automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) to increase efficiency while maintaining hands-on involvement.

Competencies & Qualifications Experience:

5+ years of recent, hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, email, digital ads, content marketing), ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing Expertise:

Proven track record of creating and managing content for social media (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), email campaigns, and websites, with strong knowledge of current trends and best practices.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with modern marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with CRM systems and analytics platforms required.

Digital Advertising:

Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on ROI.

Leadership:

Ability to lead a small team while remaining actively involved in marketing execution, fostering collaboration and creativity.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal skills, with experience crafting compelling marketing copy and presenting results to stakeholders.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with financial services or investment industries is a plus but not required.

Mindset:

Creative, results-driven, and adaptable, with a passion for staying current with marketing trends and technologies.

Certifications:

PMP, Scrum, or digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus but not required.

Education:
