We are seeking a dynamic results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for our regenerative medicine aesthetic product line. This role will be instrumental in building brand awareness, engaging key opinion leaders (KOLs), supporting the sales team, and driving demand through both digital and experiential channels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in aesthetics or medical device marketing, is well-versed in social media and influencer strategy, physician-driven marketing strategies, and thrives in a collaborative environment with healthcare professionals. They will be passionate about aesthetics and healthcare, and have experience creating successful campaigns tailored to both doctors and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with business goals and sales strategies.
- Create compelling campaigns to drive product adoption in the aesthetics space, particularly with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic practitioners, and medspa professionals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing strategies are cutting-edge. 2. Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to promote our regenerative medicine aesthetic products across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tick-Tock, etc.)
- Create engaging content (images, videos, posts, stories) that resonates with both medical professionals and potential patients
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to keep the brand fresh and relevant. 3. Physician Relations & Partnerships
- Establish and nurture relationships with medical professionals to promote our products and technology in clinical settings.
- Collaborate with physicians to create educational content that drives product knowledge and trust.
- Organize and coordinate product presentations, workshops, and demonstrations for doctors and their teams. 4. Influencer Marketing
- Identify and manage relationships with key influencers in the aesthetic and wellness industry.
- Develop influencer campaigns to enhance product visibility and build brand authority.
- Measure and report on success of influencer collaborations. 5. Sales Team Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective promotional materials and strategies.
- Design targeted campaigns for specific customer segments (doctors, clinics, patients).
- Help develop sales training materials and resources to support product education. 6. Event Strategy & Execution
- Plan, coordinate and execute marketing strategies for industry conventions, conferences, and trade shows.
- Develop and manage engaging booth experiences, presentations, and networking opportunities.
- Organize and execute dinner meetings, webinars, and virtual events designed to educate doctors on our new form of regenerative medicine technology. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (Master’s a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare, aesthetics, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience with social media marketing and influencer partnerships.
- Strong understanding of regenerative medicine, aesthetics and the medical field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate both internal and external partners.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with marketing for an international brand, and working with international partners.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel for conventions, events and doctor meetings.
Preferred Skills Good understanding and experience with social media platforms Experience organizing and managing events, including webinars and live presentations. Strong writing skills for content creation, press releases, and educational materials. Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising. Experience with video marketing and production.
