MARKETING MANAGER.

Circuit Florida is in Polk County along Interstate 4 and 40 minutes from both Orlando and Tampa.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Digital marketing management
• Website evolution, SEO, web changes and maintenance
• Social media management
• Video/photography and written content creation
• Event marketing and management
• Newsletters, E-blasts, blogs, design and deployment
• Connecting with journalists and social media influencers / public relations
• Ongoing modifications and updates to print and digital design materials
• Review analytics, implementing ongoing adjustments based upon analytical data
• Develop reciprocity arrangements with other motorsports or golf clubs across the USA
• Market and promote CF’s onsite luxury condo rentals
• Promote Corporate Outings, Driving Schools, Personal Instruction, and Exotic Car Experiences
• Circuit Florida merchandise support

Skill & Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience plus 4-year college degree
• Strong familiarity using Canva and Hubspot
• Possess excellent writing skills
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Possess videography/photography skills
• A motorsports or car enthusiast
• Luxury brand marketing experience a plus
• Resort/tourism marketing experience a plus
• WordPress website development skills a plus
• Thrives in an independent, entrepreneurial environment
• Possesses creative skills and experience to perform with minimal supervision
• Takes initiative; brainstorms ideas and executes them

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full time salaried position
• Annual base salary of $78,000 w/ $10,000 in achievable bonuses
• Company health care and dental plan (company contributes 50% of the healthcare premium)
• Paid holidays and personal time (total 18 days per year)
