Position Overview We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Email & SMS Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Klaviyo and SMS marketing tools to take ownership of our email and SMS channels from content creation to performance analysis. This is not just a scheduling role—you will lead content strategy , write and edit high-converting messages, manage complex flows, and turn data into action to support launches, restocks, retention, and education. This person must understand beauty and feminine care audiences , from tone to timing to what builds trust and converts. Key Responsibilities Email Marketing (Klaviyo) Build and execute weekly email campaigns around product launches, restocks, promotions, and wellness education Create and maintain automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, subscriber nurture, etc.) Manage segmentation to target customers by behavior, lifecycle stage, and product interest Write engaging, on-brand copy with a clear understanding of feminine wellness tone and voice Implement A/B testing to continuously improve subject lines, content, and send strategy Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue, unsubscribes) SMS Campaigns (Klaviyo SMS, Postscript, or Similar) Plan and send weekly SMS campaigns for drops, flash sales, loyalty messages, and time-sensitive updates Build SMS flows (cart recovery, shipping updates, loyalty rewards, restocks) Segment SMS audience to ensure relevant, compliant targeting Write concise, clear, and persuasive SMS copy that reflects brand tone Optimize for performance and manage opt-out rates Analytics & Optimization Build weekly and monthly reports on email + SMS performance Use data to inform changes in timing, audience, creative, and strategy Ensure ongoing deliverability health, list hygiene, and growth tracking Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on campaign planning and integrated launch execution Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of email marketing experience with Klaviyo in an eCommerce environment Proven success running SMS campaigns using Klaviyo SMS, Postscript, or Attentive Deep understanding of segmentation, automation, and lifecycle flows Strong copywriting ability with experience writing for women’s wellness, beauty, or skincare brands Proficient in reading and interpreting analytics dashboards and A/B testing outcomes Familiar with Shopify and product-based eCommerce behavior Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, highly creative environment
