In this high-impact role, you will guide families through the process of finding the best senior living arrangements for their loved ones. You’ll be an essential resource, working closely with local assisted living communities, board & care homes, case managers, elder law attorney, financial planners, families and more—building trust and delivering compassionate, tailored solutions. No experience in senior placement but have a lot of real sales experience? No problem. We’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with all business partners and referral sources
- Assist families in finding the right senior living solutions through tours and consultations
- Assess living communities and match them with client needs
- Provide exceptional follow-up and customer service
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold Amada’s culture of enriching the lives of others
- Collaborate with the Owner/Administrator to achieve goals and meet community needs
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of experience in home care, private duty, or healthcare sales or marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year university Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- A go-getter who is goal-oriented, organized, and can work independently
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
- A passion for helping others and exceeding expectations
