Marketing Manager The Brandr Group Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082 Marketing Manager About the opportunity: The Brandr Group, a leader in the NIL group licensing space, is looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for TBG’s digital marketing strategy and managing external communications initiatives including, but not limited to, content development and strategy for various channels, public relations development, university and student athlete communications and work to develop and execute campaigns with an emphasis on supporting revenue generation and university and athlete communications.
How your role will operate:
Lead The Brandr Group’s creative strategy to enhance our positioning and relevance in the industry, drive brand awareness, competitive differentiation, customer preference, and accelerated revenue growth Build out organization’s social media presence across a variety of platforms including, but not limited, to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram Curate engaging stories, blog posts, features, articles, newsletters, social media posts to optimize engagement Build and support licensee marketing campaigns Build brand management resources and provide marketing collateral to university, athlete, and licensing teams Assist with third party PR agency in development, planning and execution of communication activities to media outlets Build relationships with media outlets to generate more awareness of TBG NIL licensing and opportunities Design and implement marketing plans to grow market share and sales volume Create and manage a marketing calendar based on product launches, initiatives or strategies set by company leadership. Compile market, competitor, customer and product data to drive business results and ensure that evolving customer needs are addressed Define key metrics and generate regular reports to track effectiveness of all marketing initiatives
About You:
3-5 years of experience in the marketing industry Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field Highly adaptable individual who embraces change and able to pivot when confronted with new challenges and tasks Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team and industry Demonstrate strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once Knowledge of collegiate athletics is a plus TBG Offers Competitive salary Health, vision, and dental benefits 401K Flexible vacation schedule
