Marketing Manager Position Available In Taylor, Florida

We seek a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Manager with fantastic communication skills and a solid understanding of marketing techniques to join our growing team. In this position, you will report to the Chief Commercial Officer by developing and executing the plans to elevate our messaging and enhance our internal systems.

ExemptEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities that enhance the marketing position of the company’s products and services.

Implement and design marketing plans/materials, including print, broadcast, and online content.

Coordinate projects for special events and advertising campaigns.

Serve as the company’s sales and marketing software applications administrator.

Develop, publish, and distribute database-driven sales/marketing reports.

Coordinate corporate events such as sales meetings, tradeshows, and other functions.

Coordinate outside creative resources/vendors to achieve sales and marketing objectives.

Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop branded messages.

Simplify complex data into user-friendly formats to present to leadership, customers, and cross-departmentally.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Experience in B2B industrial and/or manufacturing marketing encouraged.

Completes work with limited supervision and may act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.

Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent sales and customer service skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
