OVERALL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include, but not limited to: Executing on branding, marketing, and leasing strategy for the property Implementing and measuring the success of leasing programs Tracking obstacles to leasing and providing actionable feedback Coordinating, managing, and training leasing staff Setting and communicating weekly leasing goals to leasing team Lead generation (digital and traditional) Online Reputation Management Daily prospect follow-up management Customer service management Resident Communications Relationship building (university, B2B, student groups) Tracking market performance and performance driving elements Tracking performance of marketing mediums and optimizing accordingly Reporting – leasing and market Marketing budget management
