Responsibilities Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing available units and conducting property tours. Negotiate lease agreements and ensure all contracts comply with relevant regulations, including Fair Housing guidelines. Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, leases, and renewals through effective data entry practices. Upsell property features and amenities to prospective tenants to enhance leasing opportunities.
