This role blends client relationship management with strategic planning. You will be responsible for building and maintaining great client relationships, guiding creative execution, and developing and executing marketing strategies. Responsibilities Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and reliability Lead the team in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client business goals. Collaborate closely with creative, video, and design teams to deliver thoughtful, on-brand content Establish client milestones, timelines, and manage client scope. Translate client needs into clear, actionable plans that move projects forward Identify roadblocks, solve problems, and offer solutions before they’re asked for Conduct research on industry trends to inform marketing strategy and improve outreach efforts Requirements Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in digital marketing. Strong knowledge of marketing channels, tools, and best practices. Experience leading client relationships Strong presentation skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from metrics.
