Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Brand Manager to join our team and lead the way in shaping our voice, visual identity, and member experience. This role is ideal for a driven and creative professional who can balance strategy and execution while staying true to our mission and community values.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee brand operations and member engagement by: Checking the Gurl Mobb email daily Hosting live sessions and virtual meetups via Zoom Providing exceptional customer service to members Responding to DMs consistently, including upselling trips and services when applicable Submitting regular reports of brand deliverables Develop and execute marketing and content strategies by: Posting on Instagram several times a day Planning monthly content campaigns and coordinating with the in-house graphic designer Using pre-made designs to maintain a fresh and consistent content flow Scheduling posts in Planoly for review and approval Lead branding initiatives and events by: Planning and executing photoshoots and curated content Organizing guest speaker sessions each month Ensuring all brand activities align with Gurl Mobb’s mission, values, and style
Performance Focus Areas:
Success in this role will be measured through key performance indicators such as growth in brand visibility, audience engagement, new lead generation, and improvements in member experience. The Brand Manager will play a key role in tracking and influencing brand impact across platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage brand presence across platforms Experience as a photographer and content creator Strong communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with social media and digital marketing tools Background in project management and marketing campaigns
