As the Senior Manager, Content Marketing, you willsupport our company and brand goals by building our contentmarketing function from the ground up. This is a strategic andhands-on role responsible for leading the planning, development,and execution of content strategies and initiatives that drivebusiness outcomes from brand awareness to dealer engagement tocustomer education. This role will be critical in positioning ourcompany and brand as a thought leader, fueling demand generationand supporting customer lifecycle marketing. You will help to shapeour brand voice and deliver impactful content across a variety ofdigital channels, including our website, social media, and otherexternal communications. Outcomes andActivities:

Build the content marketing function from the groundup, including establishing foundational processes, contentoperations, and resourcing models Balance quick-turn, high-impactdeliverables with long-term strategic planning to meet immediateneeds while laying the groundwork for future growth Develop andexecute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned withbusiness goals and target audiences (car dealers and sub-primeconsumers) Define content pillars and identify high-leverage themesacross multiple target audiences and/or markets Create and manage acontent calendar that supports product launches, campaigns, andother key initiatives Oversee and manage a content ecosystem thatspans formats (blogs, white papers, case studies, videos, socialposts, emails, etc.), channels, and audiences, ensuring that everyasset supports our brand story, drives engagement, and contributesto business growth Ensure all content is high-quality, on-brand,consistent in tone and voice, and compliant with applicablefinancial services regulations Collaborate with cross-functionalpartners and channel owners to ensure content is strategicallyaligned, compliant, and effectively distributed across web, email,social, and other key channels Track, analyze, and report oncontent performance metrics around SEO and demand generation andoptimize based on insights Establish team structure and resourcingmodels to scale content operations as needed

Knowledge and Skills:

Builder mentality with a bias for action and the ability to thrivein an evolving environment with limited precedent Exceptionalstorytelling, writing, and editing skills across multiple formatsand channels with the ability to translate complex topics intoclear and engaging content Deep understanding of content marketingstrategies, digital distribution channels, SEO best practices, andcustomer journey mapping Strong project management skills, with theability to lead multiple initiatives and manage resourcesCollaborative and influential communicator, able to build trust andalignment with cross-functional partners, including product, sales,analytics, legal and other teams within marketing Knowledge of bestpractices for amplifying content via digital channels, includingorganic social media, other owned channels, and paid placementsAnalytical mindset with a track record of developing KPIs andreporting on metrics to a senior level audience

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, orrelated field (or equivalent experience in key knowledge areas)Proven experience (8 years) in content marketing or similar role;at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role Proven track recordof building and scaling content programs in multiple formats thatdrive measurable business results Proficiency with content tools(e.g. content management systems, analytics tools, SEO tools)Experience managing teams, freelancers, and/or agencies Trackrecord of successfully navigating complex organizations andaligning content strategies with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred:

Experience in regulated industries

TargetedCompensation:

$148,500 – $173,000 base salary an annual bonus plan.
