You’ll lead outbound, marketing automation, and full-funnel revenue growth for Cloutburst—an AI SaaS tool helping small businesses automate growth (content, reputation, and engagement). We’re already live and building fast. Now we need you—a scrappy, data-driven, sales-savvy growth leader—to architect our GTM engine, own our outbound, and build the growth systems that scale this from 0 to thousands of subscribers. Why This Role Rocks You’re the first growth hire → Full ownership of everything from cold email to landing pages to revenue KPIs Direct line to founder → You’ll help shape strategy, product positioning, pricing, and pipeline Early equity → Be part of the core team and get upside on long-term value No red tape → Tools, budget, and speed to move how you want What You’ll Actually Do Outbound Sales & Funnel Optimization (60%) Build outbound email + LinkedIn automation campaigns targeting real estate, ecom, and small biz owners Create cold email sequences, DM cadences, call scripts, and objection handlers Use Apollo, Expandi, or Lemlist to automate and scale outreach Manage the full sales funnel: prospect → demo → close → upsell/retention Test vertical-specific sales angles, refine quickly, and report what works Marketing & Growth (40%) Build and optimize high-converting landing pages (Webflow or similar) Run lightweight ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) to drive demos Create simple SEO content with a freelance writer or internal tools Implement analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track every step Build the automation stack: cold outreach → lead → CRM → email drip → upsell What You’ve Done (or Know How to Do) 3+ years in a growth, marketing, or revenue role at a SaaS or high-growth startup Built outbound systems using tools like Apollo, Expandi, Instantly, or Lemlist Managed or run paid ad campaigns with small budgets that drove real results Used HubSpot, Pipedrive, or another CRM to move leads and automate workflows Comfortable running demos, handling objections, and closing small deals
Bonus:

Compensation Base Salary:
$120K-$150
K Commission:
Uncapped $75k+
Performance Bonus:
Up to $50k based on revenue targets
Equity:
