Position Summary:
The Manager, Marketing & Content Strategy plays a critical role in developing and executing marketing initiatives and content strategies that strengthen Atlanta Housing’s brand and connect with key audiences. This role is responsible for leading multichannel marketing efforts while working closely across functions to ensure brand positioning is consistently represented through various platforms, including social and digital media. While not solely focused on social media, the role will collaborate regularly to ensure alignment and cohesion in messaging.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the planning and execution of strategic marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social channels, aligned with organizational priorities. Manage the development of creative content, from concept to delivery, ensuring materials reflect Atlanta Housing’s brand standards and messaging goals. Manage social and digital media efforts as part of broader marketing campaigns to enhance audience engagement and visibility. Partner with internal teams to identify marketing opportunities and craft effective content strategies that meet departmental needs. Support production of core marketing materials, including annual reports, resident magazines, property catalogues, brochures, flyers, and email campaigns. Analyze and report on campaign performance to inform improvements and future planning. Monitor, track, and analyze digital and campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and detailed reporting to guide continuous improvement and strategic planning. Continuously research and apply the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance campaign innovation, effectiveness, and overall strategic impact .Perform other communications-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, content development, or digital media; agency experience is a plus. Strong project management and strategic thinking skills. Experience developing content across a variety of platforms and media formats. Proficiency with marketing and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, WordPress, etc.). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
Works in an office environment. May require frequent bending, stooping, reaching and prolonged sitting and/or standing. May require regular lifting usually not exceeding 20 lbs. Some travel may be required.
