Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy and Execution:
Lead the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, particularly focusing on digital channels, based on data-driven insights. Ensure campaigns are aligned with AandM’s global marketing strategy while tailoring them to meet local market needs and client priorities.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and key stakeholders, managing multiple high-level relationships and ensuring alignment on strategic marketing execution. Build consensus across departments and functions to drive successful marketing initiatives.
People Management:
Serve as a mentor, providing regular feedback, and supporting the professional development of a team of junior staff, in addition to ensuring consistent alignment with the global team and application of Marketing’s best practices and processes.
Brand Awareness and Engagement:
Partner with regional GTM Leaders to curate and implement strategies to enhance AandM’s brand presence externally while also driving internal employee engagement. Ensure that messaging across all channels consistently reflects AandM’s values, services, and unique market position.
Collaboration with
Agencies:
Work closely with AandM’s network of external agencies to execute marketing strategies, ensuring top-quality output, alignment with brand guidelines, and effective campaign execution.
Analytics and Reporting:
Create and maintain comprehensive analytics and reporting systems to track the performance of marketing campaigns. Regularly assess and refine strategies, using key insights to optimize future campaigns and adjust tactics where necessary.
Campaign Optimization:
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, adjusting plans and approaches based on performance metrics. Identify opportunities for campaign refinement and implement continuous improvements.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure that all marketing, pitch, and communications materials maintain a consistent brand approach, reinforcing AandM’s reputation and messaging across all touchpoints.
Support Corporate Initiatives:
Contribute to broader corporate marketing efforts, including the development of marketing collateral, thought leadership content, and participation in major events.
Key QualificationsExperience:
7 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B campaigns. Experience in professional services (legal, accounting, consulting) is highly desirable. Experience in people management is required.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
Proven expertise in digital marketing, including digital advertising, SEM, organic social, email marketing, and website management.
Technical Proficiency:
Experience working with marketing platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, Account Engagement, and Drupal is highly advantageous.
Project Management:
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management, managing multiple senior stakeholders and ensuring timely, successful delivery of complex marketing initiatives.
Influencing and Communication:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels, solve problems creatively, and present marketing concepts and strategies to diverse audiences.
Agency Collaboration:
Proven ability to work effectively with external agencies to execute a full range of marketing tactics and ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, derive actionable insights, and optimize marketing strategies for better results.
Multitasking and Prioritization:
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
