Job Summary:

This position reports to the Sr Director, Brand Cost and will partner with the Regional Finance teams and Supply Planning related to Inventory and the S&OP Process. This position will also have a project-based focus and support various needs for the Brand Cost Finance team. The work completed in this role will influence management decision making by providing timely and accurate financial information. The applicant should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment. The ability to work across teams effectively is critical to the success of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Drives collaboration across the Segments on S&OP alignment between the Segments and Supply Chain Finance as well as inventory forecasting and E&O improvements.
Drives the reconciliation of the factory hours and absorption to overall Demand and the financial forecast. Ensures alignment between the Segments and Supply Chain Finance on the absorption forecast.
Drives inventory forecasting improvements and analytics and assists in inventory optimization and management partnering with Supply Planning.
Ensures accuracy of our Excess & Obsolete Inventory reporting and reserves.
Work with Brand Cost and Corporate Accounting to support the implementation of new processes along with process improvements and overall simplification as it relates to E&O tracking and reporting.
Drives development of a database to house our Global E&O Reserve data partnering with Corporate Accounting and IT.
Complete other ad hoc analysis and requests as needed.

Key Qualifications:

Undergraduate Degree in Accounting/Finance
3-5 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
Demonstrated record of continued career progression across broader, challenging roles
Significant experience with SAP and Hyperion is strongly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Power BI Tools
