Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager
Robert Half is seeking a Full Time/Direct Hire Digital Marketing Manager with one of our clients on-site in Atlanta, GA.
The Digital Marketing Manager drives the execution and optimization of omnichannel marketing campaigns that grow audience engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. This role oversees the digital strategy across SEO, paid media, email, website optimization, and analytics. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a strong grasp of digital tools and a creative approach to testing and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy across paid search, display, social media, email, and web.
Lead SEO/SEM initiatives to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
Own the website’s performance, UX enhancements, and content optimization in collaboration with internal or external development teams.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or programmatic platforms.
Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, CAC, and ROI.
Collaborate with content, creative, and product marketing to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across channels.
Manage marketing tech stack including CRM, CMS, and analytics platforms.

Qualifications:

5-7 years in digital marketing with hands-on experience in campaign execution and analytics.
Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz), and paid social platforms.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience working in B2B, DTC, or e-commerce environments is a plus.
