We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy and performance across SEO, paid media, website optimization, conversion tracking, and CRM automation. This role requires technical expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience with platforms like Zapier, GoHighLevel (or comparable CRM), WordPress, and Google Analytics. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and oversee a support team handling daily implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO & Website Optimization Conduct regular site audits and address indexation issues, broken links, and speed improvements Optimize blog and service page content, metadata, image alt tags, and internal linking Implement structured data/schema, hreflang for multilingual SEO, and a consistent 404 design Manage WordPress updates including theme/plugin reviews, security audits, and template optimization Finalize blog templates and coordinate design/content enhancements with developers or designers Track and improve page speed performance across desktop and mobile Use SE Ranking for keyword tracking, content gap analysis, backlink audits, and competitive research CRM, Automation & Lead Tracking Use Zapier to automate tasks across marketing tools and ensure data sync between platforms Set up, test, and troubleshoot conversion tracking across CRM, Google Analytics, and ad platforms Ensure accurate attribution through UTM tagging, pixel implementation, and event tracking Collaborate with support team to QA forms, CTAs, and landing page conversion flows Manage Google Tag Manager to implement and troubleshoot tracking tags, pixels, and events. Paid Media & Campaign Oversight Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns with performance-focused KPIs Maintain campaign tracking through UTMs, Google Analytics, and CRM reports Lead keyword research and ad copy development; maintain campaign documentation Evaluate and implement improvements based on data trends, heatmaps, and performance metrics Create and optimize landing pages for paid campaigns to drive conversions and align with ad messaging Local Search Optimization Oversee Google Business Profile (GBP) updates, UTM links, and conversion tracking Manage review generation initiatives and ensure accurate location data across listings Implement strategies to improve rankings in the local map pack through content and GBP enhancements Analytics & Reporting Build and manage dashboards in Google Analytics (GA4) and within CRM platforms Use heatmaps and behavioral tools to evaluate user activity Identify top-performing traffic sources, content, and referral domains Provide monthly reporting and actionable insights to leadership
Required Qualifications:
4+ years in digital marketing with strong SEO, Google Ads, and website management experience Proficient with: Zapier (workflows integrations) GoHighLevel or comparable CRM platform WordPress (page/content management, plugins, themes) Google Analytics 4 (setup, goal tracking, dashboards) SE Ranking or similar SEO analytics tool Experience managing UTM strategy, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel integrations Ability to translate data into insights and implement changes to drive performance Excellent communication and project management skills Experience with service-based or multi-location businesses is a plus
