The Marketing Director at Nichiha USA plays a crucial role in leading the company’s marketing efforts across the commercial building materials sector. This position demands an innovative leader with a strong grasp of B2B marketing, brand communications, and digital customer experience strategies. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex market landscapes to drive significant sales and commercial growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and increase market penetration. This involves combining traditional marketing with digital strategies to effectively engage target audiences and achieve business objectives. Employ analytical tools and KPIs to guide strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts. Focus on comprehensive metrics, including website performance and market trends, to drive growth and increase marketing ROI. Spearhead collaborative efforts with product, sales, and marketing teams to craft and implement targeted campaigns. Ensure that marketing plans align with sales objectives and the company’s broader strategic goals. Manage the creation and dissemination of all marketing content, ensuring it aligns with Nichiha’s brand identity and meets the market’s needs. Lead the marketing communications strategy, including digital content and direct marketing initiatives. Actively engage with key market players, including stakeholders and customers, to gather insights and feedback. Qualifications:

Demonstrated success in a senior marketing role, preferably within the building materials industry or similar B2B environments. Proven ability to lead and inspire a marketing team, fostering an innovative and collaborative work environment. Strong capability for strategic thought and the ability to use data and market analysis to inform decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting clear and persuasive messages for varied audiences. Highly self-motivated, curious, and capable of initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal oversight. High proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems; understanding of analytics and visualization platforms preferred. Education/Experience Required:
