The Director of Marketing leads ApolloMD’s strategic brand and communications initiatives, driving awareness, engagement, and growth across all channels. This role is responsible for developing, planning, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, leading a high-performing team, and overseeing the company’s digital presence, content development, social media, design, advertising, and events.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals Lead brand management, including storytelling, design consistency, and campaign strategy Lead the creation of compelling visual content, including infographics, presentations, digital ads, and branded collateral, supporting both internal initiatives and external campaigns. Demonstrate curiosity and experimentation with generative AI tools to improve content creation, automation, and strategic decision-making Provide cross-functional leadership to team members specializing in social media, tradeshows, video production, and writing Oversee direct mail and email marketing to business development prospects, including content creation, distribution, and performance tracking Manage digital marketing campaigns in partnership with agency (e.g., ad development, landing pages, metric performance) Oversee SEO, website content, blog strategy, and form optimization Coordinate the development of downloadable resources, gated content, and autoresponders Lead the creation and maintenance of all resource landing pages Drive social media strategy across five platforms, including content planning and campaign execution Manage paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads) Support business development with case studies, sales decks, videos, and event collateral Develop award submissions and white papers to enhance credibility and visibility Oversee conference and tradeshow logistics and strategy, including booth design, giveaways, and email marketing Assist with strategy and production for annual leadership conference branding and promotion Monitor and manage marketing budget, vendor relationships, and credit card expenses Maintain communication calendars, internal meetings, and cross-departmental marketing support Supervise Pardot and Salesforce marketing automation and reporting functions Maintain brand assets including brochures, flyers, presentation templates, videos, and signage Guide hospital partnership video production and social campaign assets Manage external communications including holiday gifts, newsletters, and webinars Oversee physician engagement initiatives such as scholarship campaigns and recruiting tools Serve as marketing liaison for operations, recruiting, and business development Directly manage external consultants 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, preferably in healthcare or B2B services Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, campaign management, and marketing automation Strong leadership and project management skills Advanced proficiency in graphic design and video production tools Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Proficient in Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite Creative and results-driven with a passion for innovation To promote a positive company culture where work-life balance is a primary component, we also offer the following benefits to our employees: Paid Time Off Full Health Benefit Package Generous Employer Contribution to Health Spending Account 401(k) with employer contribution Employee Assistance Program Voluntary Short Term/Long Term Disability Wellness Program Independent Physicians Resource, Inc. is committed to the principles of equal employment opportunity and strives to avoid all discrimination.
