Leapfrog Services is on the lookout for an experienced marketing professional to spearhead our expanding marketing strategy. As a player-coach, you’ll have the opportunity to build and manage a thriving marketing organization. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and executing innovative brand strategies, marketing plans, and business development initiatives. You’ll leverage both internal and external resources to manage the end-to-end process seamlessly. Reporting directly to the President & COO, you’ll enjoy a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Primary Responsibilities Strategy Development:
Design and implement comprehensive marketing, business development, and brand strategies leveraging industry best practices in digital and traditional marketing.
Collaboration:
Work with senior management and other internal and external resources to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
Digital Presence and Content Creation:
Optimize Leapfrog’s digital presence, ensuring a strong and consistent brand voice across all digital platforms
Lead digital marketing resources, with support from internal stakeholders, in the development of website content, email campaigns, content marketing, social media posts, clickable ads, and search engine optimization (SEO)
Event Management:
Support the development, orchestration, and execution of company and partner events, including event-related communications.
Performance Management and Reporting:
Create, capture, and report data-driven insights and performance metrics for traditional and digital marketing initiatives with a particular focus on growth via lead generation.
Establish and control budget to maximize return on marketing investments in support of overall company-level strategies.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or commensurate work experience desired.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 8-10 years in B2B marketing, public relations, media, advertising, or a similar discipline desired.
Success in leveraging digital marketing strategies to accelerate marketing results and business growth across all platforms desired.
Previous experience working for an IT-managed service provider or IT professional services firm preferred.
Experience managing external contract resources, including digital marketing agencies preferred.
