The role entails developing strategies, identifying tactics, managing budgets, and overseeing the creation and execution of promotional materials, often collaborating with various teams and agencies. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to effectively plan, implement, and evaluate promotional efforts.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

Developing and Implementing Promotional Strategies . Researching target audiences, analyzing market trends, and creating promotional campaigns that align with business goals. Managing Budgets . Strict accountability for allocating resources effectively and staying within budgetary constraints for all promotional activities. Overseeing Creative Development . Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creatives to develop engaging promotional materials including videos, still photos, posters, flyers, and social media content. Coordinating Promotional Activities. Planning and managing events, contests, giveaways, designed to increase sales and brand visibility. Analyzing Campaign Performance . Track and analyze the results of promotional campaigns, using data to identify areas of improvement and optimize future strategies. Managing Relationships . Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders involved in promotional efforts. Adapting to Trends . Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure campaigns are effective and innovative.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex marketing challenges. 3-5 years of experience in marketing and promotions in hospitality, night clubs, music, or festival and events. Proficiency in marketing software, analytics tools, and CRM systems. A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and Local Store Marketing (LSM) Collaborative – Strong project management and communication skills Data driven & strategic; strong analytical skills to assess ROI and adjust campaigns

KEY ATTRIBUTES

Experience in digital marketing and content strategy. Familiarity with industry-specific tools and platforms. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Competency Analytical and creative thinking Understanding of current online marketing techniques and best practices Thorough knowledge of social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Personal Effectiveness/Credibility Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
