ResponsibilitiesThe mission of the Marketing Analyticsfunction is to disseminate insights, learnings, and build themeasurement agendas across the marketing department to informstrategy and activation. The teams will champion adata-led-mindset, establishing sustainable measurement methods andapproaches to developing and delivering actionable insights.

Keyresponsibilities of the teams include: Establish accountability and measurement framework at thecampaign level, including tactical/initiative measurement acrossall campaign teams. Develop learning agendas and measurement plans to drivemeasurement requirements. Measures performance of agent marketing programs throughchannel & function insights and dashboards. Provides support by delivering reporting & key insights formarketing initiatives & support programs. Serves as point of contact for Marketing Strategy, investmentphilosophy development, sizing potential new work, and monitor thecompetitor landscape. We’re searching for a current or aspiring leader who hasresults delivering analytics that lead to action, can build trustand partner across multiple functional areas.

In this role, you willsupport Marketing by: Develop performance metrics to assess the effectiveness ofmarketing campaigns. Consume market research to identify customer segments,preferences, and behaviors. Use data insights to recommend adjustments to marketingstrategies and campaigns for improved performance. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders to drivedata-informed decision-making. Develop analysis that help field marketing leadership andanalysts understand their performance metrics and utilization ofagent marketing programs. Leading and advancing a high-performing team of technicalmarketing analysts. Building trust and partnership across multiple functional areasin Marketing and with Enterprise businesspartners.

QualificationsQualified candidates will have the followingexperience: 5+ years of Marketing experience with some leadershipresponsibilities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing combined with Business Analyticsor Computer Science preferred. Leading in analytical capacity, including formal leadershipand/or as a team lead, project lead, etc. Proficiency in analytics software and experience with SQL fordata querying. Knowledge of statistical methods and tools to analyze marketingdata and derive actionable insights. Hands-on experience in data analysis and interpretation,including familiarity with analytics tools and methodologies. A willingness to stay updated on the latest trends in marketinganalytics, data privacy regulations, and emerging technologies.

Potential starting salary range:

$133,500•$175,250 Starting salary will be based on skills, background, andexperience. High end of the range limited to applicants with significantrelevant experience. Potential yearly incentive pay up to 24% of base salary.
