The ideal candidate will have experience in the moving and logistics industry, as well as proficiency with CRM platforms such as SmartMoving, HubSpot, or Go Higher Level. Responsibilities Community Partnership Development Partner with apartment complexes and property managers to host branded events (free breakfasts, move-in kits, etc.) Organize and attend 1-2 community events per week Sales & Field Outreach Visit homes that are listed for sale to introduce Dreamline Moving Company and offer move quotes Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and relocation coordinators for referals Lead Generation & CRM Management Enter all leads into the SmartMoving CRM system Track conversion rates, quote follow-ups, and close rates Set and report on daily/weekly outreach and sales goals Brand Promotion & Representation Professionally represent Dreamline at in-person meetings and events Distribute branded marketing materials and kits Post real-time updates from events on the company’s social media Qualifications 3+ years of proven experience in sales or customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. 2+ years of experience in the moving or logistics industry Proficiency in SmartMoving CRM (required) Proficiency in setting up and using Go High-level CRM or Hubspot Reliable transportation for daily travel (mileage reimbursement provided) Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet KPIs Proficient in using social media platforms for outreach purposes.
