Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Manager with Zoho CRM experience to join our retail client for about 15-20 hours per week on an ongoing contract basis. In this role, you will oversee the implementation and optimization of marketing automation tools to drive engagement and streamline campaigns. 100% remote but must work EST hours. Deep Zoho experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns using Zoho CRM and other automation tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create, review, and finalize content templates for campaigns.
- Utilize tools like BeeFree to design and implement email templates that align with brand standards.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to maintain continuity in marketing processes.
- Develop and manage a content schedule to support ongoing campaigns through Q1 and beyond.
- Provide light coding support to enhance the functionality and design of email templates.
- Ensure seamless integration of Shopify forms for customer onboarding and registration purposes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on campaign progress and performance insights.
- Maintain alignment with brand guidelines while enhancing brand awareness through targeted campaigns. Requirements
- Proven experience with Zoho CRM and other marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and campaign planning.
- Proficiency in tools like BeeFree for designing email templates.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Facebook Insights and Google AdWords.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Experience with CRM integration and workflow automation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
