SUMMARY GI

Care for Kids, a leading pediatric gastroenterology practice with multiple locations, seeks a creative and motivated Marketing Manager to lead our outreach and branding initiatives. This individual will play a key role in promoting our specialized services (including EoE, obesity clinic, infusion centers, and ambulatory surgery center), managing our digital presence, and building relationships with referring pediatricians and the broader community.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES 1.

Physician and Community Outreach Schedule and conduct regular in-person visits with referring physicians. Identify and target new referral sources. Represent the practice at health fairs, pediatric conferences, and community events. 2. Digital Marketing Manage and grow the practice’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor online reviews and feedback, address negative comments and promote a positive online reputation. Coordinate content calendar and create engaging posts (photos, videos, patient education). Oversee website content updates and SEO improvements. Track digital engagement metrics and report on campaign effectiveness. 3. Brand Strategy & Messaging Develop consistent messaging aligned with our brand and mission. Support the creation of promotional materials. 4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration Partner with physicians, nursing, and admin teams to highlight service lines and patient success stories. Collaborate with operations and leadership on new service line launches and patient education campaigns. 5. Marketing Administration Track outreach visits, analyze the performance of marketing efforts, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies. Coordinate special projects (e.g., practice anniversary, awareness months).

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical practices, or pediatric ser-vices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite). Ability to travel locally between practice locations and referral offices.
