Pixellot is the world’s leading provider of AI-automated sports production solutions, and we’re looking for a proactive, creative, and self-motivated Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in North America , with a strong focus on youth sports and multi-sport venues . This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strategic thinking with flawless execution, is comfortable collaborating cross-functionally, and is energized by ownership and results. As part of your role, you will: Report directly to the President, North America, and take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution for the region. Lead Regional Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans tailored to the U.S. youth sports ecosystem, with a special emphasis on multi-sport facilities and youth clubs. Run Campaigns & Content
- Deliver email marketing and content campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads across multiple channels. Manage Events
- Plan and promote webinars, tradeshows, and regional activations. Produce Videos
- Oversee impactful video content production, including filming days, testimonials, and customer success stories. Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Work closely with sales and customer success to align marketing efforts with business priorities. Own Projects End-to-End
- Take full ownership of your work with a proactive, can-do attitude and strong execution skills.
You should bring with you:
3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role or within a SaaS company (preferred) Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (Zoho CRM is a plus) Experience working with AI marketing tools Exposure to video editing tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut (a plus) Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills Deep understanding of the North American youth sports landscape Confidence leading webinars, managing events, and collaborating across departments Availability to travel 4-7 times a year for tradeshows, filming, and partner events Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented personality Bonus points if you have: Experience with platforms like SportsEngine Play Background working with youth sports organizations, federations, or multi-sport venues
