About you:

As part of the Creative Experiences Inhouse Agency, the Manager, Creative and Brand plays a pivotal role, emphasizing exceptional creativity and leadership. This position requires a Strategic and inspiring creative leader with a proven ability to guide and mentor high-performing teams. Combines strong design sensibility and brand expertise with collaborative leadership, clear communication, and agile problem-solving to consistently deliver impactful, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Description

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and innovation
  • Champion creative excellence, ensuring all work consistently reflects the highest standards of quality, originality, and brand alignment
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of voice, tone, and messaging nuances, paired with a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and the hallmarks of outstanding creative work
  • Actively lead and contribute to brainstorms, driving ideation and inspiring fresh thinking
  • Build and nurture strong, positive relationships across internal teams, stakeholders, direct reports, and external partners
  • Confidently lead and deliver impactful presentations to various audiences
  • Excel at agile problem-solving, balancing visionary thinking with pragmatic execution when needed
  • Manage time effectively while juggling multiple projects, delivering high-quality outcomes under tight timelines
  • Adapt readily to shifting priorities and take on diverse responsibilities as projects evolve
  • Stay informed on emerging industry and evolving technologies Basic Qualifications 8+ years professional experience as an art director or designer, at an agency or in-house (ideally agency), with 2+ years of leadership
    Portfolio featuring a wide range of conceptual and strategic creative work
    Experience in creative conceptual development, brand strategy, advertising, marketing, innovation, and corporate identity
    Excellent presentation skills
    Outstanding organizational, detail, and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize according to changing deadlines
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    Proven ability to proactively solve creative challenges, self-motivate, and work both independently and collaboratively.
