This is an opportunity to lead the end-to-end Account-Based Experience (ABX) strategy for existing customers (In-Life). You will own the product vision and backlog focused on deepening relationships within our existing customer base—driving adoption, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells by delivering personalized, account-centric engagement. This includes collaborating with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Data to ensure we proactively identify and engage high-value growth opportunities. In addition, you will champion and evangelize ABX across the organization, demonstrating how a tailored in-life approach can significantly impact revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Define, prioritize, and maintain the ABX (In-Life) backlog, selecting features, campaigns, and insights that support expansion, retention, and overall customer satisfaction, based on internal feedback, customer data, and performance metrics. Serve as an internal champion for ABX within the existing customer ecosystem, articulating its benefits to leadership, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. Delivering training, presentations, and success stories to build enthusiasm and widespread adoption of ABX principles for in-life accounts. Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to craft ABX programs that address specific customer needs, aiming to boost product adoption, reduce churn, and enrich the customer experience. Work with the Data Lead to harness buyer triggers, usage data, and predictive analytics that highlight cross-sell or upsell opportunities. .Monitoring customer engagement and product utilization trends to inform and refine future ABX initiatives. Present the ABX (In-Life) roadmap, status updates, and results to senior leadership, highlighting how these initiatives improve retention and revenue. Conduct regular feedback sessions with internal teams, gathering insights and refining the ABX approach for in-life customers Stay informed on industry best practices for customer engagement, retention strategies, and loyalty programs and experiment with new tactics, technologies, or partner solutions to enrich the in-life experience and drive additional value for customers.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
ABX/ABM Expertise:
Proven success implementing account-based strategies for existing customers, including expansion and retention programs.
Evangelism & Stakeholder Management:
Demonstrated ability to persuade and educate multiple teams—especially senior leadership and customer-facing roles—on the value of ABX.
Product Ownership:
Experience managing a product or program backlog, aligning features with strategic objectives, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Data & Analytics Fluency:
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms to interpret engagement and usage data.
Collaboration & Influence:
Ability to unify cross-functional teams—Sales, Customer Success, Marketing—around common ABX goals and timelines.
Communication & Presentation:
Skilled at sharing insights and progress updates with both technical and non-technical audiences, from frontline employees to executive leadership.
