Job Summary:

We are at a pivotal point in our growth journey. While we have a strong foundation of innovation and partnerships in place, the scale and ambition of where we’re going next requires a transformative approach with Marketing as a key contributor to this journey. A disruptive growth mindset that can quickly take us to the next level is what is needed. We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Product, Partner and Enablement Marketing to drive our market leadership position and revenue growth. In this role, your responsibilities will be to establish and execute portfolio, partner and channel marketing strategies; be our subject matter expert on buyers, partners and solutions; and enable our go-to-market and demand machine. The role will be based in our Atlanta office or U.S. remove locations with regular travel to Atlanta for meetings.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic development and execution of portfolio and partner marketing strategies, including plans to attain measurable business outcomes Develop deep customer and competitor knowledge through direct engagement, persona research, advisory boards and industry analysts/consultants Keep up with the pulse of industry trends, monitor market developments, and establish thought leadership priorities and subject matter expertise for us to own Develop overall portfolio narrative and core messages for individual products, including compelling value propositions, differentiated and for key segments Represent marketing in external partner conversations, author joint plans, and own the management of partner-focused comms, events, webinars, and sponsorships Work with product management and engineering teams to develop and publish elemental product and sales enablement tools, and mid/end of funnel content Facilitate the creation and coordination of multi-channel marketing campaigns and pipeline acceleration plays working across marketing, sales and partner orgs Requirements 8+ years of experience in Product and Partner/Channel Marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or adjacent sectors Expertise in product and partner marketing strategies, including product positioning, GTM planning, demand generation and sales enablement Proven ability to conduct market analysis, sense trends and gain competitive insights A proven track record of delivering marketing that launches and scales solutions portfolios according to roadmap and for measurable revenue impact Storytelling that takes complex concepts into compelling, outcome-focused narratives and thought leadership tuned for different customer personas and needs Experience working with inside and external sales to drive the inputs and collaboration needed for sales enablement success Ability to tap product leaders and be a subject matter expert to handle industry analyst relations inquiries and briefings, and contribute to reports and rankings Key Competencies Strategic thinker with outcome orientation Hands-on player coach that is direct contributor while developing the team Entrepreneurial mindset combined with cultural agility Collaborative force who builds relationships and alignment inside/outside company Change management and influence across complex matrix environments Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
