Job Description

Marketing Manager CliqStudios Duluth, GA 30096 • Hybrid work Job Summary CliqStudios is seeking Marketing Manager to manage day-to-day marketing activities, coordinate projects across teams, and ensure that all marketing initiatives are executed on time and within scope. You must be able to get things done , manage workflows efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment as this is not a strategy or creative-focused role . As a task-oriented marketing professional , you will need to excel in execution, project management, and campaign implementation . Ideally, you will have 5+ years of experience with a focus on execution and operations and preferably have earned an MBA or have equivalent experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or campaign execution . You will need to have a strong background in project management and task execution within a marketing department and experience using marketing tools like Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar project management systems and possess strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimize marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager needs to be proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, HubSpot, or MailChimp) and can prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. It is advantageous if you have experience working with e-commerce, home improvement, or lifestyle brands , basic knowledge SEO, paid media, and CRM automation, and previous experience supporting product launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing campaigns . Being a hybrid role, you will be required to work from the Duluth, GA office 3 days a week with the ability to productively work remotely from home the other 2 days and must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time. Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaign Execution & Project Management Implement and oversee day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, social media, website updates, and promotional initiatives Work with creative, digital, and sales teams to ensure all marketing assets are delivered and launched on schedule Manage and optimize marketing workflows to ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed efficiently Assist in coordinating paid media efforts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) by ensuring assets are ready and campaigns are properly set up Coordinate landing page updates and promotions in collaboration with the web team Support execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events Email, Social, and Content Marketing Execution Manage email marketing execution, including scheduling, segmentation, and reporting Ensure that social media posts and digital content are published on time and in alignment with marketing goals Oversee promotions, giveaways, and partnership campaigns , ensuring smooth execution Monitor and track content performance metrics , providing data-backed insights for improvements Reporting & Performance Tracking Track key marketing performance metrics , pulling reports from Google Analytics, CRM, social media, and advertising platforms Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign effectiveness and areas for optimization Monitor ad budgets, campaign pacing, and ROI in collaboration with paid media specialists Identify bottlenecks in marketing execution and recommend process improvements Administrative & Cross-Team Coordination Manage marketing assets, files, and campaign documentation Ensure marketing collateral and brand materials are up-to-date and accessible for internal teams Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to support marketing initiatives. Position Type, Work Environment and Physical Demands This is a full-time, hybrid, salaried, exempt position that predominantly operates from a professional office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, and scanners and requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer. While performing the duties of this job, the individual will be required to regularly hear and talk. This is a largely sedentary role requiring the ability to sit at a desk, reach outward, use a phone, have use of fingers to operate office equipment such as a keyboard, mouse, phone, printer, copier, and to reach above the head, bend, or stand as necessary.
