Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Marketing Manager to lead digital and brand marketing efforts across a growing network of franchise locations. This role will oversee paid and organic strategy, light web management, CRM operations, creative asset development, and franchise support. Ideal candidates will have experience in multi-location marketing and a passion for building streamlined, high-performing systems that empower local teams. Key Responsibilities Paid & Organic Social Media Develop and manage paid social campaigns across 25+ franchise locations using Meta Ads Manager Build monthly ad budgets, targeting strategies, and campaign structures tailored to local needs Monitor and optimize creative performance, click-through rates, conversions, and ROAS Plan and schedule organic content using tools like Agorapulse, ensuring brand consistency Oversee influencer collaborations, from outreach to contract negotiation and campaign execution Partner with Meta reps for weekly performance reviews and platform support Good working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google Business Suite Create new social media and Google Business pages for incoming franchise owners. Graphic Design & Creative Asset Development Design branded print and digital assets in Canva and/or Figma (flyers, brochures, in-office signage, etc.) Develop creative for paid ads, email campaigns, social media, and franchise requests Maintain visual consistency across locations while allowing for local customization Crafting creative on email and text blasts. Writing content for blogs, newsletters, etc. Working with internal content creator on a schedule with monthly/quarterly promotions/specials/highlights, etc. Website Support Make light web updates in WordPress, including copy changes, page additions, and location-specific content Collaborate with SEO and web vendorsthe team and/or vendors on larger projects or technical improvements CRM Management & Email Marketing Manage and update CRM (HighLevel or similar) with new automations, email flows, and franchise-specific lead journeys Build onboarding automations and nurture sequences tailored to different locations Track campaign metrics, conversion rates, and overall CRM performance Provide training and support to franchisees on CRM tools and best practices Partnerships, Sponsorships & Franchise Requests Coordinate marketing partnerships, vendor collaborations, and sponsorship opportunities Manage custom franchise requests for local promotions, marketing support, and training Support local grand openings, campaigns, and seasonal promotions Team & Vendor Management Supervise and support a part-time marketing team member, providing clear direction and feedback Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and the supporting team Liaise with external vendors to ensure alignment and execution Qualifications 4+ years in digital or brand social media marketing, preferably within multi-location, franchise, or startup environments Proven success managing paid social campaigns (Meta required; Google Ads a plus) Strong understanding of CRM and email automation platforms (HighLevel, Klaviyo, or similar) Proficiency in Canva and/or Figma for design; basic WordPress experience preferred Excellent communication, project management, and time-management skills Comfortable training and collaborating with non-marketing teams (e.g., franchise owners) A problem-solver with an eye for detail and a passion for organized, scalable systems Flexible work from home options available.
