Remote candidate will not be considered. Gordon McKernan Injury Attorneys is seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to facilitate the firm’s digital presence. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and reinforce the firm’s reputation across all digital platforms. This is a leadership role requiring a strong understanding of both the legal landscape and digital trends, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with attorneys, marketing team members, vendors, and agency partners. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing day-to-day digital marketing efforts and a passion for using analytics to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute the overall social media and digital marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s business goals. Serve as the subject matter expert for digital platforms, including emerging technologies and trends in the legal industry. Coordinate with the Director of Marketing to translate firm objectives into effective digital tactics. Social Media Management Oversee the firm’s presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X (Twitter). Develop platform-specific content calendars and campaigns to drive growth, reach, and engagement. Monitor trends and industry news to create timely and relevant content. Content Creation & Branding Collaborate with in-house or external creative teams to produce engaging content, including video, graphics, blog posts, and client testimonials. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in voice and tone, and compliant with legal advertising standards. Paid Media & SEO Oversee paid social media campaigns, digital ad spend (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), and SEO with our agency partners. Use data and analytics to inform targeting, creative decisions, and campaign optimizations. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs across digital channels (reach, engagement, CTR, leads, conversions). Prepare monthly performance reports and translate data into actionable insights. Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns for effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field; 3-5+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably in a professional services or legal setting. Proven success leading social and digital strategy across paid and organic channels. Deep knowledge of social media tools, ad platforms, content management systems, and analytics dashboards. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Strong understanding of legal advertising ethics and compliance is a plus.
