Must-haves to apply for this job: Bachelor’s degree 5+ years’ experience in Marketing or CPG Consumer Marketing What this job is all about: The Global Marketing Manager supports the execution of the day-to-day-marketing initiatives that help drive relevance and increase consideration globally for McIlhenny Company and its TABASCO® Brand. This role is responsible for supporting the roll-out, implementation, and measurement of social media, public relations, advertising, and insights. In this job, you’ll do things like:
Global Marketing Strategy:
Assists in management of the global marketing strategy by creating, disseminating, implementing, and tracking brand equity, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to internal and external stakeholders
Content Generation:
Oversees the usage of brand equity guidelines and brand ID both internally through the Business Units and externally with outside agencies. Supports the development of social media, influencer programs, and creative assets.
Innovation and Licensing:
Provides research and analysis of innovation and licensing opportunities to drive consumer engagement and enhance thought leadership. Works on proposal decks and charters.
People Management:
Supports Social Media, Public Relations, Advertising, and Brand Advocacy within the organization and through outside agencies.
Organizational and External Partner Management:
Handles ad-hoc requests from our internal and external network. Manages multiple agencies and external business partners to execute business strategies, sponsorships, and tactics.
Project Management:
Brings key initiatives cascading from the strategy to life by working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
