ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS
Evaluate Quality Assurance performances weekly to identify opportunities to reduce sale rescissions. Work closely with sales management and sales support team members to resolve customer service issues. Oversees implementation of training materials and training techniques, responsible for the training of new QAOs and improvement of existing personnel. Assists the Sales Training department in evaluating and coaching the Sales Consultants for continuous improvement. Assist with overflow in Sales Support, Sales Contracts, Latitudes, and Quality Assurance.
